small room high prices
the room did not have much of a sitting area with no couch available. service charges were added every time at the restaurant. i also found it impolite when they asked for an optional tip on top of that. i thought the hotel overall was overpriced. drinks and food were priced very highly there.

attentive staff clean cenote hotel jacuzzi complimentary bicycles
i found the staff attentive at all times. they kept the cenote very clean. the hotel offers a pool, jacuzzi, and gym. complimentary bicycles provide a means to explore nearby areas.
The gym lacks air conditioning. This made workouts uncomfortable.

breakfast offered a varied menu with fresh ingredients. dinner options also featured high-quality meals. the restaurant staff maintained attentive service throughout our meals, but the food pricing was very high.

housekeeping kept the room immaculate . the butler service arranged restaurant reservations. front desk staff handled check-in efficiently! but, i found that the concierge service was sometimes slow.

a fantastic jungle retreat
amazing vibe careful attention
the hotel had a really amazing vibe with awesome music near the cenote and delicious food. the design of both the rooms and the public areas showed careful attention to detail. the hotel reminded me of a jungle garden because everything was so well maintained. i also found it helpful that many restaurants and clubs are nearby and within walking distance.

the hotel features a beautiful cenote that guests can swim in. breakfast is tasty including elaborate options that are part of the rate. the jungle garden setting is well maintained enhancing the hotel atmosphere.

staff members are friendly and radiate positivity especially in the lobby and restaurant. the service is efficient and quick via whatsapp making communication easy. the staff respects the cenote educating visitors about its cultural significance.

jungle garden nature immersion jungle theme
the hotel featured a well maintained jungle garden. it. the hotel provided immersion through its aesthetic, it was really jungle themed.
the music in the afternoon was sometimes a bit too loud, it made relaxing difficult

unavailable service wrong order
The onsite cenote was a UNIQUE and lovely addition to the hotel.
Saturday room service became UNAVAILABLE, and all calls kept getting declined. I had to order dinner at the restaurant for delivery to my room. The staff brought the wrong order and charged me for it. Soon after, they brought the correct order, but I no longer wanted it, yet they still made me pay for food I did not even eat. I felt scammed out of my money.

mixed feelings about my stay
unavailable room service wrong order
the cenote was a nice feature.
the service was disappointing as my stay progressed. room service was unavailable one saturday, and calls kept getting declined. i had to order dinner at the restaurant and have it delivered, but they brought the wrong order and charged me for it. even after they brought the correct order, i didn't want it anymore, yet they still made me pay (it was frustrating).
